Meet the Owner | Jayce Lee
Hi, I’m Jayce Lee, owner of Dakota Media Management LLC. Growing up in Bismarck, North Dakota, I watched my dad turn Bread Poets from a small business with humble beginnings into a staple of the Bismarck-Mandan community. Seeing that growth firsthand gave me an early appreciation for the hard work, dedication, and relationships it takes to build a successful local business.
During COVID, I started my own social media page, which gave me a unique opportunity to learn how social media platforms work and what it takes to reach and engage an audience. Over the next few years, I grew that page to nearly 750,000 followers, managing everything entirely on my own. When I began my career as a full-time firefighter, I ultimately made the decision to step away from the page. Managing a platform of that size required a tremendous amount of time and energy, and I wanted to give my new career the attention it deserved. The experience, however, gave me an understanding of social media and showed me just how powerful authentic content can be when it connects with the right audience.
Today, my wife and I call Washburn, North Dakota home. Through Dakota Media Management, my goal is to capture what makes your business authentic and show customers what you do, how you do it, and why they should choose you—because your business deserves marketing that works as hard as you do.
